Has anyone else tried the giant cookie at Pizza Hut?

We got pizza tonight, and also one of those big gooey Hersheys cookies. Pizza was great, the cookie tasted absolutely funky. I don't know what, but it tasted like it had traces of mint or had expired or something. I can't even explain it. Anyone else tried it and had it taste really off? or is something just wrong with me lol.

hmmm no Ive never tried it, do they bake them there at the restaurant? Or are they prebaked and they just need to heat them up, if so then maybe they were in the oven with something mint

No, I haven't tried it yet, but your experience is putting me off from ever trying it, LOL! It makes me wonder if it was freezer burnt or something, like maybe they had it frozen too long and then baked it. What a shame, because the idea of it is wonderful!

No have not tried it before nor have I heard about it as well and that sucks that you got some funky Cookies.

Pretty sure I have tried this on the buffet bar.  I did not have any issues.  Maybe they used the mint flavored chips.

Haven't tried that.  We don't do Pizza Hut much at all anymore.

Pizza and cookies are no longer on my diet, but after reading your post, I'm 100% sure I would not even want to try the cookie.  Whatever happened to plain ingredients.  People are always trying to come up with a new, exotic flavor.  Plain and simple works for me.  Or perhaps something was definitely wrong with the cookie you tasted!  Either way - not good!

I am not a fan of pizza so I would not have an opportunity to try the cookie.

I've never tried it. It sounds really good but now I'm re-thinking it haha.
