I do not adjust to the time change very well. They should abolish Daylight Savings Time.

Most of my clocks changing automatically, so I'm not sure I would even notice if I was unaware of the time change. It's just an hour.

I turned mine back early Saturday evening so I wouldn't forget. my oven clock doesn't work so now it can get confusing with different times.

I wish the entire country would get rid of this policy.  It is especially difficult to deal with the early evening darkness when you have Seasonal Affective Disorder.  Winter, itself, is bad enough but what seems like this little bit of daylight makes a big difference for me. From now until the end of February, it is particularly trying to keep my mood up and energized!

I'm looking forward to the extra daylight in the morning while I'm getting ready and going to work. The time change has no effect on the hours of daylight we receive.

Exactly. I didn't even notice the time changed. It's only an hour. I don't understand how it screws people up so much, unless you work overnight when it changes. I go to sleep when I'm tired, and I wake up when I'm done sleeping. The number on the clock makes no difference.  ???

I hate it.  It's so depressing when it gets dark at 5pm.

I'm enjoying the end of Daylight Savings Time now, light in the morning & an extra lazy hour in the AM this morning -- BUT, it is going to suck when it gets dark (and freezing) at 5pm.  Ugh.

I wondered how that worked as well.  Like factories that work round the clock.  I guess you manually get an hour over time.  It does make a difference in the fact that when time falls back depending on when you get off you are not getting off til after dark.

We live in Georgia and our daughter reminded us to change our clocks.

It's looney why they do this.  Select a time frame and leave it along.  Really stupid.

It would be nice if they left it one way or the other and stop all this switching around.  I read that several states want to change it and I hope it catches on soon.

I did not know this was going on. But, I do now. I guess. Yeah, been noting some shades of light change, but not real sure how it all comes together.

We change ours back here in Georgia too. This is the first year that I forgot about it. I thought that I got up late Yesterday. Do you know that it took me until the Afternoon to realize that the Clocks had been set back an hour. I felt so dumb.
