Please tell me why I'm not being paid for the surveys I complete

having better luck with surveys today anyway did 2 here and got the credit. I wake up and go to fusioncash on my tablet first thing not hooked or anything well kind of. did do one ay mypoints no credit. still surveys seem to be better lately. you just have to keep at it but know the frustration of doing a survey then not getting paid grrrr

I'm one of those people that has to get a complete on Tap surveys before I can get any DQ pennies. Well, I just try them every once in awhile and finally a couple days ago, I got not 1, not 2, but 3 completes! I was doing a happy dance    I will probably lose the DQ pennies again soon, and will have to start again, but it's OK, I know the drill!!

I two got that same deal; 2 times today. I completed the survey, both fromOpinion Network, and then when I am to return to Fusion Cash, they say, "UInfortujnately you did not qualify." What? I just completed your survey.

Fusion Cash whip their butts.

My advice is to not give up.  There are many ways to earn cash on FC, surveys are just one of them.  When I find out that one avenue isn't working for me, I look for something else. Remember that Tap surveys only pay the DQ bonus after you have qualified for one -- so if you are DQ'd multiple times, you won't get those cents until you actually qualify.  Stopping Tap because you don't get credit is cutting off your nose to spite your face.  If you keep trying and qualify, you will then get the DQ cents -- if you quit doing Tap altogether, you won't even have that opportunity.

I did not know that you could do Fusion Cash on a tablet. Perhaps that is why you might not get some credits.

Be certain to use data when doing FC on tablet and not wi fi or you might get kicked off the site.

that just happened to me at swagbucks for 44cents oh wow im out a ton of money right. 4.00 is a loss but does happen. I was mad and didn't want to do any more surveys for the day. will watch that new movie on Netflix

I am with Swagbucks also and have given up on taking most of their surveys because half do not credit. I will only attempt a short survey on Swagbucks like 10 minutes or less. I also try their Peanut Lab surveys.

yeah surveys are harder to earn from these days. Seems you have to do a kamikaze strike or mass attack on them to get any points. Since they rely on criteria, it is a hit or miss. Best thing to do is keep perservering and hit them en masse.

This just happened to me today!  I thought I'd lost the credit for this survey I did on the 8th, but the next day it credited!!

To be fair, it's not really FC's fault and there's not much they can do about it. It's the survey providers that are DQing us and not paying when we complete surveys.

I just took a survey that paid $4.00 for 20 damn minutes of my time. I actually enjoyed the survey and stated so at the end when It asked what I thought about it. I was very disappointed when I got back to my home page and saw I was not credited for it. It makes me not want to continue using this site. So many sites are failing on this issue and are losing members left and right. Very upset its not in my balance or my pending amount. Very disappointed, especially when my time could be spent on different sites that actually credit you for your time spent, and if a technical issue was to arise, there is a list of everything you clicked on so you had a survey number to reference back to, to report on. Its like I never spent all that time completing it. Good thing I enjoyed the survey and could tell you about every single question. I'd like to know if this is a usual thing so I can just go ahead and delete my account and stop wasting my time. 

This has happened to me twice this past weekend.  Makes me upset too.
