Moving is never easy but maybe you can find a friend to stay with until you can find something reasonable.  Sometimes there are seniors looking for roommates but whatever you decide make sure you be careful out there and choose wisely.

You are right about not having my name on it.  I trusted him that he was buying the house for our daughter who is now pregnant and she knows not to trust her baby's father if he decides that he is buying the house for their child and not file for child support.  I didn't get food stamps or medicaid all those years too because the government sanctioned me for not filing for child support.  Looks like he's getting some karma back for his bad deeds.

Haven't had a chance to get on here with all the moving.  CountryGirl wrote me book volumes I see here.  I didn't sit on my butt and do nothing.  I worked during that time and also had an older child that I was still supporting.  I worked over 17 years for the state of Florida and don't know if CG ever worked that long anywhere.  You don't make a lot of money working for the state of Florida ans still qualify for help if you get child support.  Sounds like you never had children county girl.  It is very expensive to raise kids.

He tricked me because he didn't want me to file for child support so he could buy himself a house.  When I asked him to give me more than 30 days notice because I am supposed to get surgery on my feet, right knee replacement, and physical therapy on back and right hip several times a week he said that's your problem not mine.

You ar so opinionated on anything anyone has to say here just to be contrary.  I won't nbe reading your posts anymore.

Hi:  Staying at my granddaughter's apartment.  Is in a nice area of Orlando.  Nice here.  Not in the ghetto like I was.  Still looking for senior living.  Only problem is it is on 3rd floor so I don't like to leave unless I have too.  Hard to walk the stairs.  Thanks for your concern.

Wait, so he was living there also?  You would not be able to get child support if he was living there.  You act like he had this malicious plan the whole time.  What you are saying doesn't add up.

Just noticed this on Country girl post.  Where does she get that he was living there too?  She really makes up her own stories just to hear herself talk, this woman.  I can see why another member called her contrary girl.

I hope you can figure it out. That's horrible to be put in a situation like that. Good Luck to you. God Bless you.

Is there any way you can sue this jerk for back child support payments?

I haven't been on for awhile.  I don't know if you found a permanent living situation yet.  I would definitely get on a list for senior housing ASAP. I know in my area there can be a wait of 1 year at some places.  Have you tried contacting a senior agency for help?  Check your local phone book and try that route.  I know for a fact agencies where I live get seniors in the apartments if they are living in a bad situation quicker than the wait list  I would think being homeless and living in a car would be a hardship living.  Good luck and please keep us posted
