Go-To Food
« on: October 03, 2019, 12:55:47 am »
I go through phases where I like eating certain things that really hit the spot.

Lately, I've been reaching for this little number.

Plain greek non-fat yogurt with mandarin oranges and almonds.  I also like keeping a hard boiled egg in my fridge in case I'm in the mood for a deviled egg.

What is your Go-To food?

Is it always the same thing or do you switch it up occasionally?
Have a great day!

potato chips.  I wish i liked hard boiled eggs but I don't.  Almost all diets are big on eggs.  I only like them scrambled with milk, cheese, onions and garlic, maybe some spinich and peppers.  In other words, cleverly disguised as something other than eggs.

My "go-to" food is yogurt.  It is easy and quick and fairly healthy for you if you get the kinds that don't have a lot of sugar.  I like to mix fresh fruit and granola into it in the summer.  Now that fall and winter is coming, I can add oatmeal and soup onto my "go-tos." And, of course, there is always cold cereal as an old stand-by!

I do not like eating at restaurants. So I always ask to takeout-to go.

Chips which I just had before coming on Fusion and I'm trying to stop but having a difficult time.  I buy the small bags and eat a few chips each day.  I also take them on trips.  I'm trying to switch to a healthy trail mix, but it's not working.

I like to eat yogurt, fruit, baked foods, trying to stay away greasy stuff, and foods with a high salt intake. Veggies are a must.

I am not sure. It is so hard keeping everything safe and clean in the refrigerator. Always someone trying to ruin something.

My go to food is air popped popcorn.  I add butter and I am in heaven.  BTW I think I am in the mood for popcorn now. ;)
