If you are having a problem receiving the money and you have a transaction number you need to contact your bank and then submit a support ticket.  Yes it will likely take a while to get a response.  I think they are over whelmed with support tickets right now.

I have no idea what a BO Exception is.  That probably gives a good indication of an answer as to WHY the money is not showing up in your checking account.  I did a quick google search and found the BO Exception means "Business Override".  Still not sure what that means.  I would start with calling the bank where the money was to be deposited. No one in the forums can tell you the answer to this.  I got my payment several days ago.

They are not doing it in two's.  If you cash out you should get paid the 20th of the following month.  They don't hold it and pay you for 2 cashouts at a time.  A cashout is not the forum posting bonus.  And that (the forum posting bonus) only happened once.  Twice since I became a member several years ago.

I just checked my bank and my payment never got there either.  I got an FC email saying payout was approved on the 17th.

I checked my FC account and I have that same BO exception.  I'm not sure what that means so I sent a support ticket.

BO, aka business override...could that mean FC put a stop payment on it? Because maybe one of your payments became unapproved and you dropped below $25? Just a thought...  I get my payments via Paypal also, never have a problem. I did it through DD once a long time ago, never had a problem but set up Paypal shortly after and wanted to go with that because I was closing out my bank account. It's easier for me. YES, I am experiencing the same issue, I have submitted a ticket as well, But I have yet to receive my cash direct deposited. I supposed to received it on the 20th of september and it's the 27th. I have BO EXCEPTION too.

Are these direct deposits? I received my August payment through Paypal just fine. I don't know why there would be a hold up on a direct bank deposit.

it might be a problem with direct deposit then as there are more than just me having trouble... I doubt it's because I dropped lower than $25 as I had earned $40 and doubt I'd get $15 revoked...I sent in a ticket and will see what happens in a few day... talked to bank and they don't see an issue on their end

I have never had a problem with FC since the inception, but of course I have never done direct deposit....

I received "BO exception for my last cashout and was cleared 24 hours later.  I received my direct deposit.

I've been doing direct deposit since I joined FC years ago and never had a problem so its not the direct deposit but an issue with FC.. will hope it deposits soon or I'll just keep sending in tickets

If you dropped below the cash out threshold then that is why you did not get paid.  That is why they say to have a few dollars above the cashout amount so that if you have something revoked it won't stop your payment.

Have any of you googled BO Exception?  Most likely it is some sort of an issue between the Bank and Fusion Cash. They will get it straightened out eventually.  But it may be a long time because they are so far behind on support tickets none of your alls tickets will even be looked at for a couple of months.

It IS a problem with the direct deposit.  A BO Exception is a code entered by the BANK.  The payments were returned for some reason.  I would think it is just a glitch.  I am sure FC is already aware of it if all the payments were returned or did not go to their intended destination.  I use PayPal.  Never had any issues.

I hope you get your payment soon. I know we all put in a great amount of effort in order to reach the cash out minimum. I have always received my payments through Paypal, and I have never had any issues.
