I use my email from Paypal and scan it in my computer and then use paint to block out the personal information.  I always have to resize my will never accept it if I don't.   This is the only way I can get it post correctly.

I never thought of doing that. I always just log in to paypal. And get it there.  Not sure why you are scanning anything.  All you have to do is take a screen shot.
