Music while you drive?

Yes I listen to the radio.  I have a fairly long drive to work and when I get tired of what's on the radio I will plug in my ipod and listen to that.

I always listen to music as I drive.  Sometimes the music puts me in a better mood, than I had.  I love music and it feels my soul.

I have xm radio, normally I have it on the 80's or 90's channel.

I love very loud music when I drive. Unless it's raining outside then for some odd reason I do not like the music on at all.

The car starts up the first thing I turn up is the radio, even before heater/air conditioner. I cannot stand quiet anything, I listen to music while I drive and I listen to music at work, but when I am home I like to have to TV on.  It does not matter what it is, I sometimes put music on YouTube at home but most times is the TV.  I have to have noise and lots of it, quiet places freak me out.

Mu husband loves inspirational music, which a hate and puts me to sleep, me I listen to soft rock and Spanish music but I have to have noise, the louder the better

So how come no one mentioned how fast music can make you drive faster? Ray Charles can really rev my engine at times and I have to watch my lead foot. 

Slow music can be relaxing, but it can also make you sleepy. I hate trying to stay awake when I'm driving. But I can stop at a rest stop and rest my eyes for 15 minutes or so and feel okay.

Singing along with the radio if I know the lyrics can help keep me awake.

Depends on how far I'm going.  If it just 5-10 minutes away I don't.  But if I'm going 15-20+ miles I do like music.

All the time if not I start getting anxiety when I drive it helps me calm down a bit.
