I have tried for a couple of days and have not got the daily email.  I got an email saying I had to resubscribe to just enter my email address, I did so but still no email.  HELP

I've had it happen to me a few times where I didn't get my daily email.  By resubscribing again, however, I had no trouble getting it back.  Also, the problem was resolved immediately. 

If you are following all the directions correctly and are still having the issue, I would put in a support ticket if you haven't already done so.

I cannot complete my PTC today! Had trouble yesterday but finally got it to work but today I've tried everything to no avail. I have made my 5 cents but when I do the code on the 3rd step, the page will not load and I can't get credit for it. I cleared my cookies and temp files and even tried a different browser, it just absolutely won"t work! What the heck is going on with FC?  :(

Not sure support tickets even help anymore. So many are saying they wait forever for a response.

I'm assuming you have checked your spam folder? I am getting mine and they work but not my PTC! Ugh so dang frustrating!!

You could try putting in ticket but I would not hold my breath as I have been waiting months for a response on another issure

Your problem is in your own computer somewhere. Nothing else can explain why thousands of others (like myself) have completed the PTC successfully for YEARS with no problems and you fail every day. Sorry, but face the facts.. If you don't believe me, get a friend to bring over their laptop and try it that way, but don't be surprised when it sails through without a hitch.

Perhaps check your spam folder or try signing up again manually. I have not had any issues with receiving the daily e mail. You can also try submitting a support ticket. I submitted one not too long ago, and I received a response pretty quickly.

 I would go under my account reregister and then submit. Maybe try a different email if you have one. Last is the support ticket but may take a while.

oldbuddy, I appreciate your thoughts and suggestions, however, I think you don't quite understand what my issue is. I've had pretty much zero problems with the PTC for over 8 years. I'm not a newbie. I just recently started having problems with it and to be honest, I disagree with you. I believe it's on the FC side. And actually, my timer got messed up today, on my sister's desktop, I never left it at all, it just made me do it over again, and then it worked fine. Maybe it's something to do with our internet service, idk. But as long as I get it to work somehow, it'll be good!Tomorrow I'm gonna try on my laptop again.

       This happens to a lot of us now and then.   You can just sign up again, that has always worked for me.  Also check your spam folder.

I think this old post from 2015 could help you to figure out if your email provider is bouncing the FC emails, this one is for RCN email but it could apply to just about any provider as they all bounce  email for some reason or another as scam:

Hi, I don't think it's a new computer that is the issue, it could just be that your email provider for some reason isn't accepting emails from FC. I actually had the same exact issue last week:

I think you could either just change your email address like I did, or you could open a support ticket... but if the issue is with your rcn.com email provider, I don't think there is anything that FC could do to help.

yeah best bet is have an extra email in case the primary does not work. Also, check for errors in the email( Iknow it sounds dumb but) like missing letter number or a period. or even the at symbol. People in work do this when they provide shipping info so it could happen here.
