TapReasearch error

I tried reopening my browser, cleaning cache, rebooting computer, using a different browser (no error message but keeps trying to load) and nothing has helped... have not gotten a response yet from my 2nd e-mail so am going to have a friend with a computer degree look into it

For the first time, I got a Tap survey for .77 !!  Usually, I only qualify for the 13-24 cent surveys! Yay! Shows that it pays to keep trying even if it takes a long time to get a survey!

I think I did have that problem a time or two. There is something wrong with all the survey panels at one time or another.

still no solution... they said in an e-mail that they recently did updates and I'm thinking my area is not accepted by them anymore as my tech friend found no proxy, etc... I'm still doing fine with other surveys, tasks, etc but hope it gets fixed as I do miss the easy dq's

That's a troublesome issue for sure.  Hope you get it resolved quickly.

I can only say that Tap has been mostly good to me, but yesterday and today I have been getting this a lot and no DQ cents:

As with anything tech-oriented you have to consider the equipment from both sender and receiver, but this may be an issue on Tap's end this time.  I usually look to my own PC first, but it's not always the case.

I have never gotten that message from Tap Research.  I hope it keeps working smoothly for me because it would be so much harder to get my daily $.05 without it!

That's why I suggested they try getting it done on a friends laptop, where it worked fine. Doesn't that pretty well rule out it being a problem on Fusioncash?
