When a program shuts down do you look for another
« on: August 01, 2019, 04:42:16 pm »
Here lately a couple of programs have shut down. When this happens do you look for another program to replace it? Sometimes I do if it is worth checking out.

I used to but not any more I don't know what I'd do if the rest of mine were to shut down but I just don't have the energy to find anything new and hope it pans out.

No,  I'm not really interested in finding anymore.  I'll work on the 4 that I have until they finally close down too.

I do not. I have quit using some before they shut down. I only do this one now and if it ever shuts down I am not looking to do any to replace it.

Even when I'm active and the sites I work seem to be going well, I take the time to keep a look out for replacement platforms, just in case.  Actually there is a program I would like to work but I don't have the time because of my other activities.  So if a couple of my sites were to shut down, I may just have a plan B.

For the time being, though, everything that I work has been around for a long time so I think there is at least a good foundation with what I'm doing.

I used to just try to find a reason why some of my faves shut down.  Then I realized I could make just as much spending more time on a few. So I don't look for another anymore or even look for the reasons.

That is a very good question.  I am honestly pulled in both directions.  However, I am at the point that I don't want to give another minute to these survey sites and I just might leave it at two sites.  At present, I have three sites and have been thinking that next year I might give up one of them.

Not really.  When Cash Crate shut down I did not look for something to replace it.  I think I have heard of all of the worth while ones.  But I did join something a few weeks ago I do very well at so there could be some more worth while things out there.

I would like to find a couple more ways to make money online.

That's the thing.  You need to consider how much of your life you waste doing these survey sites.  I have started writing down every penny I make every day and at the end of the day total it up.  If you spend all day sitting on the computer trying to do surveys and you make a total of $3 or less and you spent 10-12 hours online then you are wasting your life completely.

Having something shutdown is NOT motivation for me to find something else. I constantly have my radar on and have been willing to test something that looks good, but it has to have real potential for me to try it, or come highly recommended by a fellow money maker I trust.

I have been with Fusioncash over a decade, so it's hard to convince me to spend time on a "possibility" when I could spend the same time here on a "sure thing". No it's not a lot, but it's more than enough to pay my monthly subscription to a site that has paid me a couple of thousand dollars, so once again I am pretty sure it will pay me.

I took a chance on something and spent time there and not as much on this sure thing here (which it is not a sure thing because you are just as likely to get your pay for surveys revoked as to not, and that has never happened to me on ANY other site but this one) and I make way more money on the other site.  I actually have 2 other sites I work on and make as much or more than I do here.

Over all I am spending less time on any of these sites.
