Again I've had a ticket into support for question why, when I enter my payment proof, does it show Pending and then the red X and Cancel. This is twice in a row now. I've questioned it with the last one and never heard anything so I just canceled the ticket. Now I opened another ticket and updated it. They aren't giving me a reason. There is no private info on the payment proof that I can see so what's the problem?
Because that is how it works. Mine that is awaiting payment currently says "pending". They have to manually approve it. I also have the option to "cancel" the payment. That is why you are seeing that.
Or are you talking about the $1 you get where you submit where you got paid? Your post is really confusing. I just now got paid a couple weeks ago for when I submitted back in March. For several months nobody seemed to be getting paid.
Are you sure you are submitting the picture that goes with the payment you ticked? That could be a problem. The two amounts have to match.
It's the $1 picture payment bonus. That was my original post on this subject and don't see how it could've been confusing. That's just it! My request says pending on the new proof of payment and Cancel in the last column!!! It's my May proof of payment that I posted for the $1. They aren't answering my ticket on this. How can my amounts not match when I'm posting the most recent payment? That doesn't make sense.
They didn't answer the last ticket when I tried to get the $1 for my March payment proof and I never got the $1 either. I waited until the end of June for the bonus, and it never happened. Never said Approved. It had the red "X" and Cancel in the last column. Now they aren't answering on my request for the May proof of payment so I lost/am going to lose another $1 (total of $2) for the two proofs?

It says PENDING because they have not approved it yet. As I already said it will show pending until they manually approve it. You have CANCEL in the last col because you have the option to cancel the request if you so choose.
My last submission for this took like 4 months to pay out. Everyone else's did as well. As far as tickets being answered I do not know what the deal is. I have two that are over 2 months old. I assume they will not be replied to.
I have mentioned it before and certain people wanted to jump down my throat. But it is concerning when nobody answers support tickets (use to it was a 2 day wait) and so many things seem to not be working on the site. *I see people complaining about that all the time. I have had issues as well like with videos but I do not even bother with that any more. Besides the fact that I know it is a waste to spend 45 min to an hour playing a video for 2 pennies. I am not that hard up for money.
