PTC
« on: June 27, 2019, 08:45:52 am »
In the past few days, I have been asked to log in again while completing the PTC. This has forced me to have to complete the PTC a second time. This has been happening intermittently for a while. Has anyone had a similar issue recently?

Sometimes I am logged out when I first get here or on other sites and have to log in. Because I don't normally log myself out. In case I go to a site several times a day. But I don't believe I've been logged out in the middle of doing something. Usually if weird things like that start happening, I reboot my computer. Same with my phone, it needs shut off and back on at least once a week. But it could totally be on their end too. If it keeps happening, I'd say log out before you even start anything, maybe clear out your temp files and cookies too. Send a help ticket if nothing you do helps. Good Luck!!

I get logged out of everything when I clear my cookies so maybe if your settings got changed to clear the cookies every time you close the browser that would happen.  Sometimes computers have a mind of their own and change settings and stuff..mine does. LOL

I have not had that to happen to me and I am grateful about that because I have enough trouble as it is.

I doubt I can even do PTC today.   I only have 4 cents out of the 5 and there are no tap surveys and no HyprMX.

No never got to do PTC yesterday because I was shy of 1 cent.   Did it today after making 1 cent but I am ready to say byebye to FC for a while and may not even hang out for another payout.

I understand your frustration berthabutt when we struggle to earn the 5 cent requirement for doing the PTC the next day.  Sometimes I am also struggling to earn that 5 cents!  Have you tried printing coupons to PDF?  Sometimes that is how I get my 5 cents.  Lately, it has taken me two days to get qualified too.  It frustrates me, but I am too close to cashing out to give up!
I hope you don't say good-bye to FC for good.  You've been with us a long time.

Try the TAP surveys even if you DQ they count toward the PTC.  Always seems to work for me and have not missed a PTC in a long time

I have never had that to happen.  I have found a way to get to do the Paid To Click every day and get my 15 cents so I am happy camper.

Try printing the coupons, they are .15 and count toward the PTC.  Also, you can do this every 24 hours, be sure and write down the time it credited so you can go from there the next day!

Some people do not get credit for the coupons.  I never have been credit for the coupons.  Others have said that as well.

I've never had that happen... if you clear cookies then you will need to log in, but usually the log in page will come up.... only thing I can suggest is that you check to see if you are logged on before doing anything
