How often do you eat Instant Ramen ?

We eat instant Ramen almost everybody, and it's ok.

If I eat it once or twice a year, that is enough for me.  It is not a favorite, just a "filler' meal, in my opinion.  However, I also have to admit that I know people who love it and eat it somewhat regularly.  Different strokes for different folks!

I used to eat ramen noodles frequently until I realized how much salt I was taking it by eating them. It was way too much. Now I still have it on occasion, but not very often like before.

I personally don't eat it but my grandchildren do, they can fix it themselves.

I do not eat Ramen noodles at all. However, they were a popular staple food for some of my college roommates.

I have't had any in many years.  I eat mostly fruits and veggies.

I have never ate Ramen noodles nor will I ever eat them.  They smell nasty when they are cooking and they are not very appetizing.

I might eat Ramen twice a month or even less.  It's tasty when you add in other meats and veggies.

My hubby eats monthly, but I do not feel the sodium content and other additives are not want I want ; hubby is not as into healthy eating as I am.

It's been years since we ate instant ramen. We had less money back then and were forced too eat it for a few months, but thankfully not that frequently. I never liked the taste of instant Ramen and feel it was too salty for me. I hope we don't have to ever go that route again and especially since my mother has high blood pressure. From what I know instant ramen is high in sodium and not a food to eat regularly when you have hypertension.

maybe once a year I buy a pack and  eat half the noodles, and drink the broth

It has been years probably when my kids were young.  Never really like them and definitely do not miss them

I really do not like those Instant Noodles. Only if I have nothing else to eat, then I will eat a bite or two of those Instant Noodles.

My daughter used to live on it  LOL   She is grown now so I haven't bought it in years and don't think I will ever buy it again unless I'm ask to Ha Ha
