How often do you eat Instant Ramen ?

Some of those are better than others.  But they have the veggies in them which is good too.  There is one I really liked but have not found it again and it had like a sauce packet in addition to the dry powder packet.

I never eat Ramen noodles.  I just don't like them myself.  However I know/knew two people who absolutely love/loved them.  My deceased husband ate them frequently and loved them.  My son's girlfriends 10 year old daughter does as well.

I haven't eaten Ramen noodles for a very long time.  I like them in a salad.... will need to find that recipe now that the Ramen noodles have been brought to my attention.

Someone above mentioned adding them to stir fry.....that's a great idea!

I will use them once in a while, but always get rid of the packet of salty mixture that  come with them and use other seasoning that do  not  have all of that salt.  Once in a while I will use  them  in the stir fry, or break a packet up and  put them in some chicken/broth and make  chicken noodle soup or  break them up a lot  in a salad for crunch. But as  far as just cooking them with  their little packet forget it. Now  hubby will sometimes  grab one and  cook it in the  microwave. Yuck.

every so often, I have to be in the mood for it. then I like to put hot salsa brava or hot sauce in it.

It's been over 20 years since I've had instant ramen. Can't say I miss it.

It's a staple in our house.  My daughter and her friend eat it all the time.  I occasionally have one.

I used to eat it more.  I like Ramen.  It is pretty high in calories for the whole bag, though, so I haven't been eating it much anymore unless it's the only thing I have and, I don't think it's all that filling, so I try to find something more filling for the same calorie count or less.

Instant Ramen maybe 4-6 times a month but only in the colder months i can't stand eating hot ramen during hot months

I have to be in the mood to eat them or broke & nothing is in the frig. I usually eat them with a sandwich & an Ice cold diet coke. I usually, put only half of the seasoning in to cut down in the salt content.
