Now they have it marked CANCEL or canceled or canceling with a big red X on the left before the word. WHY? I also don't think it's right that they don't give a reason why something isn't paid. The first ticket I sent as to why it was still pending. Email said it was paid June 9 (for the March one). Not true, and so the second ticket for why it wasn't paid. I've had tickets pending for more than a month last year. This isn't the first time I requested this bonus over the years and never had a problem. I have another from May to post but is the $1 really worth it now? I can't post it until my March one is paid. By that time, I might have two to post. This isn't fair at all.
Are you sure you blacked out everything you were suppose to? I have seen a couple that it looked to me like they left too much identifying info visible. Also make sure you do not black out the part that shows the payment came from Fusion Cash.
If it is neither of those two things then I would guess it is a glitch in the system and someone will manually have to look at it.
Also seems like when I first started on this site over 7 years ago they were more willing to manually credit when things didn't work. I honestly think so many people are trying to cheat them right now and having multiple accounts that they are not doing that any more. Too many people are trying to make PTC sites a regular job and cheating to make more money. So then it hurts the ones who are honest and doing things right.
Unfortunately no one in the forums can answer that. Just make guesses as to why. I usually never remember to do this.
For some reason it does seem like support tickets are taking a really long time to get answered. I assume because they are over whelmed with people submitting tickets.
