What do you mean by a non stick frying pan?  If you mean the cast iron skillet you just rub a little cooking oil on it. Some people bake for 10-15 minutes at a low heat in the oven.  I have never done that though.

If you mean the non-stick regular frying pans you do not season them. You do have to use oil when you cook in them.  Even though it says you don't.

I don't think you can season a non stick pan.  With cast iron you rub them inside and out with crisco and put them in a low oven for hours, upside down.

I have never tried. I use the red copper skillets and they work real well. I have had one in the past that started sticking so I tossed it and replaced it.

I don't think you can do anything for a non-stick trying pan.  I have some and when things start to stick i throw them.

I found it on how to do it.....................................To do so, simply mix 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons baking soda, and ½ cup white vinegar in the pot or pan that's lost its stick, set on the stove, and heat until boiling for 10 minutes. Wash the pot as usual, then rub vegetable oil on the surface to re-season it and get the non-stick surface back.Nov 4, 2016

This is one person's view that posted something on the internet. lol  I have never put baking soda or vinegar on mine.  Just rub some veg oil on it.  I did set in the oven for a bit once but usually don't even do that.

I actually had never heard of doing it this way.  Let us know how this works for ya.

Never heard of seasoning a non stick pan.  I still put oil in mine.  I make sure not to use any metal utensils.  Sometimes if you use metal they still get little nicks in them and that may be why it's sticking.
