I was very upset with no ability to log into FC

I couldn't log in all day. I tried everything I could think of and no luck. I kept getting HTTP: 400 or HTTP: 404 errors. "Website not found" on one of the errors. I couldn't send an email from my email account, nor could I reply to the daily email or the weekly account. They both came back undeliverable. There was no way I could contact them about this problem. I couldn't find Not a single phone number either. I tried off and on since 8 a.m. this morning. It is now 4 p.m. and I'm finally on.

Has anyone else gotten the HTTP: 400 or HTTP: 404 notices for FC? If so, what did you do to correct it? If FC is doing maintenance, why don't they let us know ahead of time?
Thanks for any help in this issue.    :confused1:

I got the same message.  I contacted my tech support service.  They told me it was a problem on Fusion Cash's end.  They helped me send an email.  Now the site comes up with no problem, but I do not know what the difficulty was earlier.

It was not available since yesterday evening. Thankfully it is back up & running & that is a very good thing -- it would be a sad day if FC was another one of the sites that have been mentioned that are closing down.

So yay it is back up :)

I had the same problem, then went to my laptop (Win10) and got right in!!  Win7 for some reason wouldn't communicate with the site:

"FusionCash is denying login"  and  "FusionCash is not responding"  But this was only on Win7 ..go figure..

 I was not able to log in, as well.  You know what scared me the most?  It was the realization that I wouldn't be able to get in touch with all my forum friends that I have been hanging out with for the past eight years!  I only know how to contact a couple of the people from this site.

I missed the problem as I logged on early afternoon with no problem... its hard saying what happened, but it did get fixed

Ok.  Me too.  Thought it was something I did because I had cleared a lot of history.  Thought I had cleared something that I shouldn't have.  Came back later and fc was working fine.

I thought that Fusion Cash had gone bankrupt and embarrassingly enough I posted such on a few sites. I even opened a complaint with the BBB asking if FC had gone belly up. I need to backtrack and delete or update what I posted.

I tried using my desktop and my tablet getting the error messages, I have a really old laptop and should have tried using that but didn't.

Well, great relief to see that Fusion Cash is alive and well and still kicking.

For a while, I thought the site was gone too. I also got that same error, but on one of the times I tried to log on, it said the domain name had recently been purchased and to try again later, so I figured they were maybe changing servers. I am glad to see that things are up and running again.

               I had the same problems since yesterday and could not pull up the login page for FC.  When I was finally able to login, the PTC page kept crashing and it took forever to complete.  Now the videos are not crediting, even though they play and finish.

upset yesterdy too. or sunday;would not connect;instead got cheapsites.com page or similar. Wish we all could get points for yesterday atleast the daily 20 cents but...

WOW is this not a major overreaction? I mean it was 1 day man. Server issues happen with all sites /companies. Has happened to me before with my internet service, cable, xbox live, websites, etc. and is usually resolved within a day.

FC does not deserve to have people believing it has gone bankrupt, or being reported to BBB for 1 day of server issues! This can negatively affect FC and in turn us all! I mean, you may have actually affected their profits if too many people see and believe what you said, and just imagine if  dozens of members would have done this.

FC needs recruits from the sites that are in fact going bankrupt/closing, so they can flourish, so we can flourish as well.

I have also got the 404 error page and it was around 1 in the morning. I agree with you that they should let us know ahead of time. I think if they are going to do maintenance it should be around midnight to around 7 in the morning. Because that is usually when people are sleeping.
