Hi guys I could really use some help I recently joined this site
and had no problems until my 2nd time cashing out because my cashout amount is
around $1000 and over $600 for the year they wanted more information from me
I was a little hesitant at first but gave them all the information they asked for
then They said I needed a valid ID on file to cash-out after giving them my SS#
and Drivers license# now they are asking me to fax identification but it gives me no
options no fax number no option to proceed further just redirects me to earn more cash
I sent in a support ticket with no response after a couple weeks
I sent in another ticket they responded

and support still has not responded I sent in another ticket
a week ago but still no response I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has been
threw this process?? I don't have a fax machine but I will go to the local UPS
and fax over whatever information is needed I was trying to find a fax number online
but I want to make sure its actually fusion cash and not some random
person I'm sending my information to

again I had no problems cashing out my first time and even messaging support when I first joined they
responded almost instantly but after going over $600
I feel like they have been just making jump threw hoops I Like the site
but the lack of support is really frustrating
even a negative message at this point is better than nothing
