Cashout exceed $600 fax identification method? Help ME?

Hi guys I could really use some help I recently joined this site
and had no problems until my 2nd time cashing out because my cashout amount is
around $1000 and over $600 for the year they wanted more information from me
I was a little hesitant at first but gave them all the information they asked for
then They said I needed a valid ID on file to cash-out after giving them my SS#
and Drivers license# now they are asking me to fax identification but it gives me no
options no fax number no option to proceed further just redirects me to earn more cash
I sent in a support ticket with no response after a couple weeks
I sent in another ticket they responded

that was literally over a month ago " respond to support requests within 48 hours" 
 and support still has not responded I sent in another ticket
a week ago but still no response I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has been
threw this process?? I don't have a fax machine but I will go to the local UPS
and fax over whatever information is needed I was trying to find a fax number online
but I want to make sure its actually fusion cash and not some random
person I'm sending my information to

Any help is greatly appreciated
again I had no problems cashing out my first time and even messaging support when I first joined they
responded almost instantly but after going over $600
I feel like they have been just making jump threw hoops I Like the site
but the lack of support is really frustrating
even a negative message at this point is better than nothing

Good luck with that...when I hit $600 it took them almost 3 months to verify my info after I mailed them a W9....

I never come close to earning $600 in a year on FC, yet alone in a couple of months.

Other members who have earned over $600 in a year have reported problems when cashing out but in most cases, it eventually happens.

I am curious. How did you make so much money so fast?

I do not think there is anything more that you can do but be patient. Support will eventually respond.

I hit $600 one year. You do need to give them your info and SSN as they will report the amount you have earned to the IRS as income.

I am REALLY CURIOUS as to how you have only cashed out one time and your 2nd cash out is OVER $1000.

Nobody in here can help you.  You are going to have to get "support" to respond to you.  And from what everyone is saying that is no longer happening.  I submitted a help ticket the first of March and still have not received a response.

Only thing you can do is wait for a response to your support ticket, perhaps send in another with a copy of the info you orignally sent.

You could also try sending them snail mail too if your impatient (not sure of FC's mailing address but you should be able to look it up). I do not mean your personal info, I mean like send a letter version of your support ticket. This is all I can think of.


To everyone asking how the OP has made so much money.. I would guess they do a ton of surveys, probably doing them all day long some/most days, hitting up every survey provider offered on FC. And apparently they have desirable demographics and qualify for a lot.

FC is well none for NOT answering support tickets in a timely manner, if at all.   I never made $600 in one year here either and I suggest byou don't go over the $600 a year next time to avoid this run-a-around nightmare.  As a matter of fact you should cash out every month if you're able to.

Unfortunately I have never made close to $600 in one year so I can't help, I just wanted to chime in and say congrats and keep up the good work!

I've never made that much in a year, let alone a month or so. Heck, I'm lucky to make the $25 in 3-4 months. One time it took me 6 months to make the $25 and I was just under the wire to have some of my cash expire, so congratulations to you!

They only way I think you're making that much is through tasks because there aren't that many surveys or offers that change from week to week.

Had cashed out the last 3 years over $600 but did not have any problems with my 1099M but I submitted 3 years ago.  Not going to happen this year because I cannot support to tell me why I cannot access FC surveys.  Submitted my ticket back in December and still not fixed or reply.  Good Luck!
