I agree with you, oldbuddy...while this site does have its problems ( and what site doesn't?) I'm not giving back the money and will continue earning more.... I have had some troubles here but nothing major, I'm able to work around them or do other things til they get fixed, and have had the 3 tickets I have submitted in the years I have been here answered with satisfying results

Everyone should try and remember, that the people who earn their living off the surveys we take and hope to be rewarded for giving them our opinion, are only human beings and can and as we see on a lot of surveys DO make mistakes! 

The act of ignoring other peoples mistakes applies here!  That way you can go to the surveys' fresh and happy to participate every time!

Yeah i have spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with them no answer.  Also is any one able to do surveys i have clicked on over 200 in the last few weeks and haven't been able to do any i do get the 1 penny each time i just don't know why i cant do any i never qualify for any of them a little help out there

You would think if so many people never get answers to support questions, they would stop trying and spend that valuable time trying different approaches until they find what they are doing wrong.

Yeah, I kind of agree oldbuddy, I sometimes can do Tap surveys and sometimes not, but I don't bother making an issue of it anymore. It is what it is. I know it's on Tap's end, as it is with most of the problems at FC, on the survey end. I'm definitely not making as much as I used to here but I'll keep doing what I can when I can.  :)

It is hard to "ignore" a mistake when you spend an hour doing a survey and then a malfunction keeps you from getting $5 you were suppose to get for completing the survey.  I know it is a risk you take but it is still annoying.  And part of why people do not pay as much attention and just try to finish as quickly as possible.

Do you think people send support tickets to ask why can't I qualify for this or that?  Any time I have submitted a ticket it was not because I was doing something wrong.  And submitting a ticket takes like 2 minutes at the most.

Where do I report the following I should have more then $10.68 in bonuses this amount is posted on my balance account page which is incorrect. The amount of $29.47 in offers is correct,I expect to cashout at the end of june.

You need to contact support.  Moderators do not respond to your account problems in these forums. And WE cannot do anything about it.  And that is a huge difference so you are going to have to prove why you think they owe you more money.

Good Luck!  Have had a ticket open since December of 2018 and still not reply.  Opened two others for the same problem and still nothing

Opening multiple tickets will slow down the response time.  It tells you that when you open one.
