It aggravates me but to heck with it because I have that very issue with my son.  Now if I find out insurance won't pay if they can prove he doesn't have a seat belt on and something happens Grrrrrrrrrrrr it is gonna tick me off but for the time being I just go about my business and wear mine as usual.  He is in his 30's and stubborn like his father lol

I will not move the car if they do not wear seat belt, especially on the front.  Either Click it or walk

I agree with DEBMZ6 tell them that they either put their seat belt on or they cannot ride in my car.  Simple as that.

The next question becomes enforcement. So they are in your front passenger seat and refuse to keep the belt on and you stop the car and insist they wear it or get out and they still refuse. Now you are sitting there waiting and so are they, but you have places to go and things to do. Are you prepared to physically remove them? Do you call a cop and have them removed? This could end up a battle of wills and totally ruin your day.

There are a lot of left out details. My day was ruined anyway.  When I get there she wasn't ready. So I end up waiting, then she doesn't even go where I was suppose to take her.  She had a whole list of places she wanted to go.  I took her to 2 of them.  She is one of these people who gets really mad really easy.  Screaming and cursing.  I just wanted to get her back and out of my truck.
