What food did you hate as a kid but eat now?

Actually, my taste for foods are about the same as when I was a kid.  I hated squash as a kid and still hate it as an adult.

I was never a lover of okra; but will eat sometimes now depending on who prepared it!

I hated red peppers but somehow, I've managed to make myself like them haha. I think they're good in certain dishes but sometimes they're still kind of overwhelming for me.

I hated broccoli and cauliflower and now they are two of my very favorites!

Spinach. I think it is because parents wanted us to eat this. Now we realize that they were telling us something that was good and true. It's good.
