Feel better. Like I was sicked last end of January for cold and sore throat and lasted for 10 days. Yesterday its started again but i brewed a tea with ginger and put lemon on it . Today im feeling better and fine. Thank GOD!!

I had a epidemic at my house were my niece caught a cold then my other niece then me then my sister then my brother then my dad and mom once it was somewhat over it was back to my niece then me again. It sucks man I get you.

So, I'm very far behind in posting this month. But for the past week I've had this nasty flu. I haven't eaten more than a couple pieces of toast a day for all that time. Recurring fever and all that. It's been about a week, so I'm hoping this is nearing the end.

Get well soon, JediJohnnie. I wish I could give you some of my homemade chicken soup. You'd be better in no time at all.

Thank you everyone for the well wishes. I'm mostly back to normal at this point. I'm just pretty tired still, but I've been eating regularly again, so I think the worst is over thankfully!

I'm always taking vitamins, but the problem is that I ALWAYS get these germs from my family. And unless you are able to bypass the germs entirely, you're going catch the germs from contact with carriers at some point.

Remember that if you're around sickies, just don't touch your mouth, eyes or nose with your hands.

And keep your hands washed. You can avoid most sicknesses this way. Most bacteria and virus germs are not airborne; they're through direct contact.

I don't get sick much.  I take 2 garlic cloves every day and, if I do get a cold or something, I take elderberry syrup.  It seems to help a lot.  I get over it much quicker.  I give it to my husband, too.  I just made a batch last week.

Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat healthy stuff look up sickness remedies I hope you get well soon, gotta watch out for that
