thanks for updating us.  I have yet to hear a response to my 3 week old ticket to FC, so it is good to know that Tap is aware of the issue.  I'll keep hoping it gets fixed.

Thanks for the update. I always look on here to see if there is any new information regarding Tap Research. I appreciate the fact that they are aware of the problem and are working  to resolve it. I hope they can take care of it soon.

It's very cool to get a glimpse of hope!  I think we will all be super grateful when Tap Research gets back to normal.  I think it takes a glitch like this to make you appreciate what you have once it's restored to you.  It would surely make the $.05 requirement easier to find!

Over 5 weeks now. But yeah, I check every day and hope to see credits.
