Well, that is not a program that I was aware of so I can't miss something that I did not know about.

I hardly buy from there so its all good on my part ;) They do cut a lot of sales so I guess they finally reach a point were they have to break it off.

Walmart very rarely has sales.  Not on every day products like groceries.  Yeah they have sales on junk after Christmas or Spring outdoor stuff.  But none of that qualified as part of the savings catcher stuff.

I really appreciate walmart and what they do nice place most of the time other then the occasion mishaps plus I think that the walmarts lol are or were one of the richest families and they had a good vision for walmart that lives on to the day so I think it'd make sense they'd be helping people save money and live better.

Same here, although it did sound very interesting. And who doesn't like to save money.

Sam Walton had a good vision.  He is dead.  His children are greedy and could care less about anybody.  They do not help people or try to help them save money or live better lives.  Until recently they paid $7.25 to maybe $7.60 for most entry level jobs.  Yes they have increased pay to $10 an hour after tons of backlash. BUT they also have drastically increased prices since the pay raises went in to effect.

If they really believed the had the lowest prices and wanted to help people they would not have stopped this program.  They would not have made it harder to use before they stopped it.  I got quite a bit of money in savings catcher so obviously their prices were clearly not the lowest.

I do not understand how anybody could have missed this.  I was thinking it was even printed on the receipts.

Well, I am not surprised by this decision. I actually had the Savings Catcher app and it was absolutely horrible. Good riddance.

Sad that Walmart got rid of it. But does not affect me since I don't shop there very often.
