Guess I'll have to do support ticket.  I don't cash out every month.  I've cashed out twice and can't remember how I did it.  It took me a while even then to figure it out.

That could be your problem.  You have to do it with in a certain amount of time.  If you only cash out a couple times a year (some like to save the money and get a big cash out) then it could be why none of your earnings are recent enough to do it.

I use to do that. I need to get back to doing it. Such an easy 1.00 to earn. I have been lazy.

I usually never remember it.
