charcoal study in tasks

This site on tasks does not work. It requires answers but won't accept them. I've tried it several days in a row.

You need to put in a ticket at Figure Eight, not FC. I have already put a ticket in for the charcoal survey, but not holding my breath. I don't think I've ever gotten a response on any other tickets.

I did 2 tasks and have not got payment yet today. And I see some other company is buying out Figure 8 now! They just bought out Crowdflower didn't they? Or did Crowdflower just change their name? I can't remember. All I know is I better get my task payment or I'm not gonna be happy!!

So Figure 8 was sold?  Any idea how long the transaction will take?  The shorter the time, the easier the transition will be.  We'll just have to wait and see how things turn out.  I hope that everyone gets their issues on tasks payments resolved very soon.

have not seen this task but have done well with other tasks... I'd put in a support ticket to figure 8 as they are ones that will fix it, not FC

Well, that's what it sounds like to me, and I don't remember the name of the company, but it comes up whenever you engage in a task. And yes, I did get my payments, later that day, but I was starting to get a bit concerned!

I've actually come across quite a few tasks that didn't work correctly, and I submitted tickets to Figure 8 (or Crowdflower previously) and I believe they have always responded back, but most of the time they say they will consult with the author of the task.
