I have been with this site for 3 years. The first 2 years  I have been  cashing out with giftcards. in november I built up to 100,000 points and cashed out for $100.00 direct deposit into my checking account. I am at 30,000 now and I will build up another 70,000 by november again for another $100.00 deposit. Great site.

I signed up with You Gov back in 2013. I currently only have 13,000 points with them. It takes 25,000 points to cash out for a gift card. I stopped doing the site because it took to long to earn enough points. I do not think it is worth it.
