I received an email from them to print it out but they also mailed it.  Double check your cashouts for 2018 and make sure you made at least $600 or over.

It's been a few years since I got a 1099 from FC. I'm fairly certain it could be accessed somewhere within your account? (Their "support" really sucks lately, sorry!)

NRAJoe, go straight to the email you used when you registered with FusionCash.  It will be there for you to print out.  The 1099MISCs for 2018 were ready the latter part of January.  I got the email version from FusionCash on Jan. 27 before I received the hard copy in the mail.

FusionCash uses E-File Magic to issue the 1099MISCs electronically and it is data-encrypted for privacy protection.

By the way, when you find it you will see the name, number & email address on the right-hand side of the page providing the person to contact with questions about your 1099MISC (it will be the owner/incorporator of FusionCash {Tyler}).

Let me know if you can't find your FusionCash email -- you did default to receive all FC emails when you registered, right?

I have no idea what your talking about....I had a bunch of emails turned off...went in and turned them all on...now what?

Well, you've answered that question -- so you did adjust your settings to not receive notifications when you registered in 2016.  Unfortunately, changing those settings today will not provide past notifications.  It's one of those "now you know" type things going forward.

Here's the language from the Email Preferences tab that you may or may not have read:

Please note: Per the Terms of Service, notices about your account being deactivated, a cashout denied, and other important one-time notifications will always be sent, regardless of your preferences above.

I wrote what I did based on the fact that a lot of folks never bother to check their email for notifications -- understandably.  We get TOO many emails these days!!

When I got my first 1099MISC electronically from FC in an email on 1/24/17 I never even looked at it since I had already received it by snail mail.  I discovered it was there when I did a targeted search on my FC emails about 2 weeks ago.  I printed out the current one I got on 1/27/19.

BUT this is what I believe -- it is not sent by FC at all.  It is sent by support@efilemagic.com.  Someone at FC supplies efilemagic.com a list of FC members' emails for which 1099MISCs have been issued.

Remember how long it took before you were allowed to process your cashout?  December?  FC should be sending notifications about receiving your tax info, but they don't have a form letter for that anyway.  You just tried to process your cashout one day -- it went through and that payment was made to you in Jan. 2019. 

This is how the notification appears in my inbox:

If I hover over the sender above it reads:  support@efilemagic.com

You ought to try contacting Tyler Derheim at tyler@fusioncash.com if you are sure you are owed a 1099MISC.

But first be sure to look through all of your cashouts processed and payments received within 2018.  You might find that you were short of $600 received by or before Dec. 31, 2018.

Hope all goes well.  For clarity's sake, I need to repeat that if you've received approved and processed FC payments totaling $600 or over in a calendar year you will trigger the issuance of the 1099MISC for that tax year only.  It is not triggered by the amount accumulated on your banner -- Total Received: $X,XXX

Starting out this year already earning $200 -- if that is sustainable -- you'll hit the $600 mark earlier.  Plus, the fact that FC now has your tax information you probably won't have a cashout held up.  Then, you would expect to receive 1099MISC for 2019.

Here is an important paragraph from Section IV. (PAYMENTS) from Terms of Service:

Information Request. Occasionally, a cashout may be delayed due to the necessity of processing an IRS Form W-9 or an identity verification. In these cases, users can typically expect payment to be submitted within 10 business days of our receipt of the items, however, it may take up to 60 days to process in some cases. IRS Form W-9 submissions must be completed via our online electronic substitute form, while identity verifications may be submitted both online and via facsimilie.

Seems like you had this problem the previous year but you eventually did get your 1099 and your money. Probably the same thing will happen this year.

You only need a 1099 from Fusion Cash after earning $600 on Fusion Cash. Why not limit yourself to earning $550 per year on Fusion Cash and then working on other sites. You do so well on FC that you will probably do equally as well on other sites.

No I didn't...got a 1099 from another site with no issues what so ever...unlike here...
