Any news on Tap?

I don't bother with support anymore when I did they could not actually read it and give me more than "there are plenty of way to earn, try something else".  I was concerned that there was a possible security issue,  the appropriate reply would have been "thank you for bring this to our attention we will investigate"

Tap was certainly the best survey outfit; until just recently. They always credited right away and their credit amounts were above average.

p The last time this happened, they responded quickly and not only gave me the credits I had earned, but fixed it so the next things I did credited properly.  I think it helped that I gave them a screenprint from my TAP rewards page.

I received a response, not that it did any good though. When I sent in my ticket it asked me which survey, from a list that meant nothing, no names or amount of survey. I just clicked on one of them that was around the 19th, I had completed 2 that were 60 and 62 cents that I finished and several others I dq'd. Their reply was that they would give me a one time credit for the one I checked, I have no idea which one or for how much, but it still didn't credit on my FC account.

Still not paying today. I only did one because I didn't want to waste any more time. Even Top Coupons didn't credit yesterday.

Well, if they got the problem resolved the last time we had this glitch, then chances are it will be resolved again.  I certainly hope so because it made it a joy to look for my $.05.  Without a reliable way of finding that $.05 each day, it's not so much fun any more!

It' been quite a while now (my last TR credit was Feb. 16)  I wonder if TR is  going to stop working with FC?

Tap has been quite aggravating lately.  It is hard enough with the DQ pennies not crediting but I did a survey the other day, completed it, hit the submit button, so I thought that all was well.  Tap informed me that I hit the back or re fresh button.  I did not press either of those buttons.   

I informed TR of the misunderstanding on their part but I still have not gotten credit. It looks like it may be a while before I invest any time with Tap.  I hope the issue gets resolved.

It's not just FC - the other site I use isn't crediting either. Either way, wish they would either credit or simply not be available.

That is what I have done.  In fact, it's what many are doing.  The good news is that I just got off of one of my other gpt sites that I was working on.  I attempted 2 surveys from 2 different platforms and I completed both and was credited. 

So whether it's on other gpt sites or Fusion Cash, there are other earning options available.  We just have to be willing to go with the flow.

It sounds like a canned response to a lost credit due to an FC system issue (perhaps I'm troubleshooting this like an IT technician?).  Since systems have occasional hiccups or even crashes, daily activity can still be recovered from the maintenance (scheduled "backing up" of the system) done around 2:30am PT.

So, FC can pull up your account (or IP address) for you to review your activity, but you have to help by pinpointing the date in order to find and correct the specific lost credits. 

Hmmm...is this how to get lost credits owed to your account?

I really miss tap not crediting it makes it harder to get my 5 cents
