Tap research points
« on: February 24, 2019, 07:47:36 am »
All of a sudden in the last week I'm not being credited for Tap Research surveys. The site tells me I've earned after I've taken or tried to take a survey, but then it never shows in my account. Everything was working fine up to a few days ago and I have one other community that uses Tap Research surveys that still seems to credit when I take a survey. Is the problem with Fusion Cash? Getting pretty frustrated.

This has been happening to everyone due to some kind of problem or glitch on Fusion Cash side.

This happened some months back and eventually we all got credited for what we had done in the past. I hope that will happen this go around.

Some are saying that it's a glitch on the Fusion Cash side; others say that there has been a change with the policy on Tap Research.

I'm hoping that it is a glitch and that it will be corrected once and for all.

I can understand a change in DQ policy. However, the fact that some aren't being credited for completed surveys makes it seem that it is a glitch with FusionCash as well.

Either way, aside from testing to see if they work again, I'm taking a break from Tap and from being able to complete my PTC. I wish there were more "videos" for me. I don't qualify for many FC surveys either so it's a struggle to earn the 5 cents required for PTC.

Anyway, good luck everyone. I hope it gets resolved soon.

When there's a glitch or some other issue, they should place a memo for all to see.

I'm on different sites where Tap Research is offered. A couple have stopped awarding DQ rewards while a few still do. I'm not exactly sure where FC stands right now but it seems to be leaning towards the former.

This is happening to all of us, I think.  I submitted a support ticket a couple of weeks ago and got an auto-responder that said they had an "unusually high" volume of tickets...... no doubt.  I have gotten messages from Tap that I have earned .12, .56, 1.25, .90, .35, etc. so I know it is not a DQ issue.  Last time this happened, the credits magically appeared a week or so later, and I am hopeful that will be the case again, but I am not spending too much time on Tap just in case it doesn't!

I reread the threads detailing what happened in December as FC members noted Tap credits stopped crediting to their accounts but continued to show earned amounts (DQs & completed surveys) if you continued to click on them.

At that time one FC member contacted Tap customer support and that alerted Tap to the issue immediately.  A quick-thinking member of Tap reacted and was able to reach FC administration about this problem before FC support could sort out the bombardment of support tickets (this was occurring during the holidays when places are short-staffed, taking time off, etc.).

Like many members I thought FC administration was reading this Forum's discussion boards -- especially, Support.

Please, FC administration, address this situation as soon as possible.

I have the same problem with not getting crediting from Tap Research. I do a survey,it says congrats you have successfully completed the survey, it grays out like Im getting crediting but I get nothing.  I have opened 3 tickets over the past 2 weeks but it has not been fixed and Fusion didn't even reply that they are working on it.  Very frustrating.

I totally agree with Seesawing.  It seems that someone at FC administration should be monitoring THIS thread to be aware of any issues and be proactive.  In my 6+ years here,  that has not happened.  Problems arise and then are mysteriously resolved (or not), support tickets aren't answered (at least the 2 or 3 I have submitted) -- I don't understand.  FC is a good site and there are lots of us who make a few extra bucks here, but their "support" of their members is seriously lacking.

That has been my experience as well. I'm sure they are making enough money that if current staff can't address support issues, they could hire someone else to look at it. Lack of response or acknowledgment is frustrating.

I have contacted Tap Research support twice now and both times they have said they have new rules. If you get a bunch of DQ bonuses, after a certain amount of time you will NOT get any more credits. But you should still get credit for a complete. I can't even access them anymore :(
