I usually brush in the morning and should before I go to bed but don't always.  I floss too and use mouthwash.

I know that's good advise, but admit I don't always get it done.  Mostly, I try to brush after my coffee in the AM and after dinner. :-\

I Brush my Teeth twice a Day and also use Mouth Wash. In between meals, I use those Listerine Strips.

I hate those strips. They are just too strong for me.

Don't forget flossing! I carry floss with me in my bag so I can floss between meals.

Thanks, brian8713, for reminding us to floss!

Brush, floss use the water piks and the electric toothbrushes.  I have always done everything right and now I am having problems because of a medication I have to take.  But if my teeth were not in really good shape the problems could be a lot worse.

Seems sometimes like you can't win! They tell you to brush brush brush.. but I know a few people who went to their dentist and were told they had brushed too much and now had gum problems! What can you do.

I spend a lot of time on my teeth each day. I really only brush twice a day but I spend a real lot of time both times. It is almost a half hour worth of time each day.

I brush twice a day, sometimes 3 times if I had food that sticks in my teeth.  I never had any major problems.  I did have a over-enthusiastic hygienist once who cleaned my teeth so much that they were sensitive for 2 months., I kept going back to the dentist but he could not find anything wrong  he told me to put sensodyne on it 2 or 3 times a day.
