i need help with signing up mysurver.com
i fill in everything thats require to fill out
and it still wont let me sign up. i dont know why.

I am not sure why it would not let you sign up?  Maybe there is a reason that you did not notice?  Perhaps you left some fields blank?   It's really hard to say without more details. (if there are any)

I had a bit of trouble with this one too. I had to send them a support ticket. I guess their system sometimes does it's own thing. Check your email or try to log in using the screen name and password you entered, maybe you did get signed up and didn't know it.

I had problems on several of my survey sites yesterday. Think there was a glitch. FB was slow too.
