Do you own a scale?

I actually have two.  One is the weight watchers digital scale that I use most often.  The other is one my mother gave me that is also digital that remembers your previous weight.

Yup. I try to weigh in the morning before I've eaten and drank stuff so it's not so frightening.

I don't check every single day, but I try to catch it if I'm gaining so I can cut back.

Yes, I get on it just about daily. I've gained weight recently that I can't seem to lose, but oh well. I'm not gonna lose any sleep over something that's hard for me to control.

Yes I have one, but when I get on it fluctuates in about a 3 or 4 pound range so I am not sure how accurate it is, but it's close enough.

I have to weigh myself frequently due to pulmonary hypertension.  I have to call the doc if I gain 3+ lb in a day or 5 in a week because it can indicate fluid around my heart.

I do but I wish I didn't use it.... but I guess it's good I know how much I weigh even though I know I need to lose about 15 lbs.
