Turn the clock back
« on: December 21, 2018, 05:01:02 am »
Some days I wish I could turn the clock back around to my 20's. I miss the energy I had, no health issues, not much stress and just had fun all the time.

Sometimes I wonder how my life would be if I had made some decisions differently.

I often think that.  I guess we will never know if we made the right choices or not

Nope. I would not want to go back in time. I'd lose all my children and grandchildren.  :'(

Think again! As I had addressed earlier this year, turning back time and literally staying in the past means running away from problems you have had in the present, not solving them. You need to talk to a psychiatrist about health problems like those. If you make yourself young by age again instead of feeling young at heart, you won't have a chance of remembering what you learned as you grew older after your 20s. Besides, how exactly would living in the past make anything easier if whatever is supposed to help make life better hadn't been invented yet in whatever era you're thinking about going back to?!

It would be nice to be in my 20's again.  I would take better care of my body and maybe when I got older I would not have all the health issues I have now.

I only need to go back 5 years so I could talk to my mother again and thank her for loving me.
