I actually have to think of reasons to get up in the morning. If I did not have a dog and my cats, I would have checked out already.

It gets pretty dark. When it's dark, and you feel it surround you, sometimes, there is nothing anyone can say or do to bring you back.

So far, I have been able to hang on, but one day, who knows?

All I have to do is think of my animals, and it keeps me around no matter how dark things get.

I worry that one day, it won't be enough though.

First and foremost, my deepest condolences to Ms. Starr's family and friends. While I have never heard of her, it nevertheless makes her death very tragic especially when it is the result of a suicide. We may never know the reasons behind her decision to take her own life and leave behind her two small children. All we can do is hold our own that much tighter and ensure that we - and our family and friends - remain mentally health and talk whenever times get overwhelming.

So sorry for this ladies family,,,  may she RIP.  I have never heard jof her but she must have had something  going on she just couldn't handle.   There is way to much of this going on lately.  Prayers for all

I read a meteorologist (Jessica Starr) for Fox 2 in Detroit has committed suicide.  She was 35 years old.  She had a husband a 2 children.  It makes you wonder what could be so bad that makes a person feel this is the only way out?   
RIP Jessica.

May she rest in peace. I think each of us goes through our own personal demons and it is ultimately up to us if we go through with it. Life can change in an instant not everyone can deal with it.
