I have just started with Fusion Cash. Looking forward to a good "relationship"!!! However, I am having trouble  and was wondering if I could get a few tips about....
1,  figuring out the payment system - mini c/o is $25 but...is there a date required for cash out each month?
 2. Also the "posting bonus" option .. is that posting new topic or commenting on existing or.....?
  3.  and the "at least $15 of your balance must come from non-bonus credit" issue. What is considered "non bonus credit"?

I don't want to break any rules!  Any tips or links would be appreciated.

There is no "required" date to cash out, however your check or payment won't be issued until the 20th of the next month.
For the forum posting you need a minimum of 30 posts a month...you can reply to other peoples posts or create your own(make them substantial or they may get denied)

In order to cash out, you need a minimum of $25 but Fusion Cash suggests that you try to reach $30 because payments are sometimes revoked. You need a minimum of $15 in offers.

If you just spend a little time on FC every day, you should be able to cash out every two or three months without any problem but some members are able to cash out monthly.

Surveys can be a good way to earn but they can also be a problem. Payments are sometimes revoked for one reason or another. Other times, there are glitches and you will finish a survey but not get credited. Take your time when taking a survey. Answer truthfully.

You have already discovered forum and veteran members are always glad to answer your questions.

FC is very strict when it comes to the rules. Read the TOS and if there is any doubt, ask in forum.

I recommend using PayPal or Direct Deposit to get your money. You will get paid sooner. Payday is always on or about the 20th of the month after cashing out the previous month. It does not matter if you cash out the 1st day of the month or the last. You will still get paid the 20th of the next month.

You have gotten some great suggestions so far from our veterans, and they are great at sharing their wealth of knowledge.

A few things I will add. 
Make it a routine.
Start with the daily email.  $0.02
Then the daily Paid to Click. $0.15
Then watch videos, clip coupons or try a few surveys to get the $0.05 you need for PTC tomorrow.
Then post questions and suggestions in the forum.

I'm up to about $0.50 - $0.75 a day.  My goal is to cash out each month, so I have to earn at least $20 and use my payment posting bonus and Forum posting bonus to meet the required minimum.

You had a large percentage of the long time veterans answer which is great! All of the answers provided are a great way to start. I would watch the posts and learn from them. Consistency and patience are key. I visit fusion cash at least three hundred and fifty days a year.  On those days I start off with the daily paid e-mail, point to click, and aim to make at least five cents watching videos. I will add at least one post per day. I typically cash out once my balance has hit twenty five dollars. I think that the only payment revocations that I have read about are related to surveys and surveys are not a huge part of my tasks (but they are a great source of cash for a lot of the members). I take a screen shot of my fusion cash award deposited into my money market and post the picture on Fusion cash for another dollar. Best of luck to you and Thank you for the post!

Welcome to FC and I hope you have an excellent journey here!! Non-bonus credits are like when you try a Fusioncash survey and don't qualify, you will get a penny for trying. Every one of those is considered non-bonus credits. Also, the forum posting and payment posting bonuses. And in case you have not yet figured it out, to submit the forum posting bonus, there is a "form" you have to use, which you will find under where it says "Paid to post" at the top of the forum page. These questions you just asked when you started your thread would work as one, all you have to do is click on the message ID number and it will automatically move it into one of the slots. However, do not use one from the contest/promos page, they do not count. If you read up a little on the rules for this, and after your first time trying it, it will be easy-peasy eventually! For the payment posting bonus, there is also a form, you must screen shot it, paste it in paint or somewhere where you can omit any identifying info (like your email or name) then save it and upload to the form page. This one was a bit of a bugger for me when I first started, haha, I wasn't very computer savvy then! And lastly, a suggestion or 2 on how to make your minimum 5 cents for the Paid-to-click page (fifteen cents). I suggest TapResearch surveys for one. You get at least a penny for DQ's (disqualified) but those pennies DO count towards your 5 cents. Also, "Tasks" can be fun and easy, but not always. I occasionally do the Videos page, but there's usually not much there that I care to do (coupon printing for one). Hope all our suggestions help and very good luck to you!!

FC is a great site with fantastic members always wiling to help.
Piad to post is one of my favorite things. You get lots of info about how things work or problems some are having with surveys or videos etc I try to do 2-3 posts with 2-3 sentences at least per post.
Consistently is key here. Find whet you like and do it everyday.
Here is what I do- I cash out when I reach $25-$26 because offers over 180 days if not cashed out will expire
I do daily email, Paid to click, videos, tap research (found on survey page) and paid to post. If I have time a try the FC
surveys.

  Just study all the types of surveys. They go by your profile so, do not lie you will get disqualified. Work at it. I just came back after 6 or so years and I am doing better than ever.

Welcome to FC!  Bonus earnings are referral, forum posting, payment proof and FC survey DQ'd, as well as the $5 sign up bonus.   Really everything else is considered non-bonus or offers.   This includes surveys, tasks, videos, sign ups, as well as PTC and daily cash email.  Also remember credits expire after 180 days or 6 months but you should be able to cash out at least every other month.

First of all congrats on being a new member. This place is probably one of the best earning sites on the web. You can earn just by doing the most simple stuff. I suggest you keep up with the daily stuff. Emails, surveys , videos, paid to click etc. Also post here in the forum 30 times or more in a month and follow the rules to get the posting binus. Also most important. Keep track of your oldest offer and don't let it go past 6 months or you will lose it. Good luck and earn a lot
