I'm assuming you mean other than price since the series 4 GPS+Celluar begins at $499 while the series 3 GPS+Celluar stars at $379.  For starters the displayy on the 4 is larger.  It is 977sq mm while the 3 is 740sq mm. The 4 is also thinner at 10.7 mm while the 3 is 11.4 mm.  The S3 has a dual-core processor while the S4 when with a 64-bit dual core which makes it twice as fast.  The S4 has a 368x448 pixel screen while the 312x390 pixel.
So in short the S4 is sharper, bigger, faster and thinner than the S3 but other than that in terms of function such as optical heart sensors, etc. they are the same.  I mean they 'upgraded twerks on their gyroscope and accelormeter but they are same.  So it is a matter of what you can afford.

:turkey:   :snowman:   :turkey:  Well they have a lot of variety of smart watches to choose from. I got a cheap one to try it out. Just make sure that you are able to get different phone line for the watch, cause the only type that I was told would be an Apple smartwatch brand to an Apple phone. Good luck!   :turkey:   :snowman:

I use a Garmin Fenix 3 and I also have a Fitbit. They serve very different purposes for me. I use the Fitbit for tracking steps/calorie intake, etc. I use the Garmin primarily for running - I run 4-5 times a week, and it is much more accurate in terms of gps. I have friends that have the Apple watch that are athletes and they say it doesn't do as much as they want it it.

If you are a casual user, I'm sure Apple watch is sufficient.

I have seen smart watches  that people have and having my smartphone I don't have a use for a smartwatch. I understand  why people have them and they told me why they have them and I guess for them it makes sense. For me I just have my laptop and my smartphone.  thats al I need. Good luck with your smartwatch :)

Don't know anything about them and not sure I really want one.  I hate having to be connected all the time.  Sometimes you just need a break from technology.  Guess that makes me old school

I would like a fitbit watch. That would be pretty cool to have.
