So happy for you guys!  Congratulations!  My younger brother and his wife wanted a second child but a year after their first one she was diagnosed with breast cancer and was told she could never have another.  After all the chemo she went through she did injections which for the most part were painful to increase her egg count so they could have another child.  They looked for seven years to find a surrogate and finally found one.  A baby boy was born to them just last month.
