I'm super lazy. But I like to run. I also hate to run. I'm no good at it, and I know I'll never run a marathon. But I like the challenge so I keep at it. I just try to push it a little bit farther every time, run a minute or two longer, or run a teeny bit faster. Even tiny improvements help motivation.

So you "only" did 15 minutes. 15 minutes on the treadmill is better than 15 minutes on the couch with a bag of Doritos. Next time do 17 or 20. If you get bored on the treadmill like I do, go outside. Bring your partner along or a friend. Mix it up so you're always doing something different. Make it a challenge instead of a chore.

Hey, you went to the gym..so that is good right there.  Build up a little each time you go.  It is so hard to keep up with the gym or diets, but you know you will better in the long run.   Good Luck!

I have lost a lot the last 5 months, I realized it was my unhealthy eating habits. I now usually skip breakfast and have a salad with low fat/calorie dressing for lunch, and try to avoid carbs when I eat supper.
Good luck, I hope you reach your goal.

You should get your thyroid checked. Being tired and gaining weight could be a sign of hypothyroidism.
