I don't eat steak. I think it's disgusting, especially the texture.  :-X

I can understand that about liver, but steak is so delish if cooked right :)

I like a nice steak on the grill. We use our "house seasoning" which is a concoction we came up with a variety of spices.  They say to let your steak "rest" a few minutes after cooking to retain the juices.

Yes I ALWAYS let it rest for that reason :)

I don't cook steak often.  I prefer it on the grill.  But my husband is the griller of the household and he grills everything to a hockey puck perfection.  I usually only eat steak if I'm at a restaurant.  For how much it costs and the lack of respect it gets in my household I just leave it alone. The few times I have cooked it I use a grill pan on my stove... basic salt and pepper.

Seasoning Salt, Pepper, and meat tenderizer, and depends on what kind of steak you're talking about.

I love steak, but I don't eat it all the time, but I like my steak grilled and well done.

My husband cooks our steaks and I never know what he's going to put on them but they do always taste good.

I used steak seasoning I also have it sliced thinly into strips at the grocery store and make pepper steak with it at home.  Yum very tasty.  I have to have my steak very well done so it isn't always easy to have it turn out tender but that is ok with me.

I use McCormick steak seasoning making sure to pierce the meat before seasoning so the flavor goes all through the meat.
My husband normally cooks the steaks on the grill so I'm not sure what his secret is for making sure they are tender.   :) :) :) :) :female: :female: :female: :female:

I gave up red meat over a year ago and don't miss it. I don't like to deprive my son and husband so I will grill them a steak with Montreal seasonings.
