Growing up did you attend public school, or private school?

I attended public elementary and public high school. Those days were so different back then. Today's kids have no respect and should all be in private or catholic schools. Just my opinion.

I went to public school. I researched online and they said a few of the differences between public and private school is class size, and student to teacher ratios, is considerable. In public schools, the average class size is 25-30 kids, compared to 19 kids per class in private school. Also private schools comes out on top with ACT test scores.

I attended public school.  Interestingly, my niece and nephew now attend single sex private school.  This is despite the fact that both parents are products of public school.

We all went to public schools, unless you have a lot of $$$$$$$ for private schools.

Went to a Catholic school till 9th grade. Oh them nuns be  hard on kids they didn't play.

    Elementary school ~Private school
    Secondary school ~Public school
    And there is a big difference between the two.

I attended public for all my years in school and I had a friend that went to private and she seemed to be so much further ahead than I was in her studies. Makes me wish the cost wasn't an issue

Public school and loved every minute of it.  would not have traded it for anything.

I went to public schools way back in the late 40's on.

Best schools you could want.

We were taught un-altered history, foundational principals of this nation and the Constitution.

We had teachers before the teachers' unions, who did not let their politics or personal beliefs influence the objection learning, and goal to produce intelligent, informed adults, ready for the world.

Grateful for that experience.

I attend public school. We also at one time went to school on base and we were better behaved our the dads got in trouble.
