I am so glad I read this topic.  I had no idea she had put out a new book.  I'm going right from posting to ordering it from my library.  Thank you so much for bringing this up.  Lucky find for me!

About Burt Reynolds, by the way.  I always thought of him in relationship to Florida because his place was right down from my mother's in Jupiter, FL.  The day he passed away, however, I heard he was born/raised in Lansing, MI.  I lived in Lansing 13 years and never knew. My son was born in Lansing.   :star:

I like Sally Field as an actress but not enough to take the time out to read her memoir.

Oh, you struck a chord with me on this comment.  Love, love, love the Mamas and the Papas!  Quite a story, too.  Although I didn't read Mackenzie's book I do remember when it came out and the buzz surrounding it.  However, I was always riveted by what Michelle Phillips had to say about those 'times.' 🎼

I love Smokey and the bandit! I didn't know he had a relationship with Sally Fields.

I enjoy biographies so if I do come across it I will read it.  You get such a different perspective on
people when you hear their back stories.  I enjoy her tv and movie work.

No, I can't stand gossip. I like some of Burt Reynolds movies but I have no interest in his personal life. :-X
