Thanks potluck6. Wish I had the motivation to clean when I have anxiety. I just wanna stay in bed. Lol. I also can be anxious because it's a Tuesday or no reason at all ... that might be what's going on today ... but on the plus side, I have less than an hour left at work and when I get home, I'm gonna try and just relax. Food, a warm bath, and some quality sleep. Sounds like a good way to end a long day.

Hope a relaxing evening will help, and a good nights sleep always helps everything.   Sometimes we just worry that we are worrying causes stress.  HOpe you feel better in the morning.

If you have sleep apnea that could be contributing to your anxiety/ depression. I know if I don't get enough sleep, I am just not myself. Good luck and I hope it all works out for you.

I have extreme Anxiety and Panic Attacks with Depression too, so I know exactly how you feel and what you are going through. I am on Medication, but I turn mine over to Our Father in Heaven and he pulls me through. I could not be without Our Father. He is my ROCK. Do you pray about yours too? It is the best Medicine you will ever find. I'll Pray for you. I hope that you get better. :angel11:

Thank you for your kind words! I do believe in God. I do pray. But I'd be lying if I said I thought it solved my problems. Not gonna say it does NO good, but I wish it did more. Prayers to you too ccandpam. Hope you feel better and achieve some level of peace. I'm still searching for mine.

Like you said things will be a little easier once you accept that anxiety will probably always be with you.  I have anxiety and saw a lot of doctors and tried a lot of meds (none worked for long)  then I decided to stop fighting a losing battle.  Once I accepted it things got easier.

Good Luck to you.   :glasses-nerdy:

Yeah, it's just frustrating. I want to be "normal," meaning I want to function without anxiety and panic attacks taking over my life.

Hi have you tried yoga or meditation, also essential oils can help relax you.

I've tried all of the above. Nothing really works. I like lavender air fresheners but they don't calm my anxiety.
