I love bacon thick or thin no preference. I always buy the lower sodium bacon to cut down on the amount of salt bacon normally has.  Smithfield bacon is my favorite.   :) :) :) :)

Thick! But you can really only get that if you buy and cook it yourself. All the chain breakfast places like ihop use paper thin bacon that's all grease and salt. I have stopped ordering it.

I like the thin bacon, best, and now, it's usually only turkey bacon.  When we had plenty of tomatoes coming in from the garden, we had a bacon and tomato sandwich for supper every night for about two weeks, and we never got tired of them!
