I had the privilege to tour the new Tru Shrimp Reef that is opening in southwestern MN.  Ground work is also being done for the new truShrimp Harbor that will be built an hour away.   The Harbor will be 128 times bigger than the Reef.

7 MILLION shrimp will be harvested per year from the Harbor!  That's a lot of shrimp.

The facility will hatch, raise, harvest and package their shrimp.  Start to finish at one location.

       That's cool you got to tour this area. I don't get to see to many live shrimp, mostly in the stores or on my plate for me to eat. Still an interesting topic, and that much shrimp.

That sounds awesome. I love to eat shrimp. Fried is my favorite however i so like boiled or grilled. Love steak and shrimp.

I love shrimp, but that is one of the reasons I avoid eating it.  Shrimp that come from places like that are sure to be bad for our health.

I love to eat shrimp, my daughter and i made some with potatoes and velvetta cheese, it was so good, have enough for leftovers today.
