Different people are different ways.  I respect how you look at it and I am glad it works that way for you.  For me, dancing would cause stress, so I don't do it.

I do a sit down dance, my knees can't take all of those moves.

I really  dancing! When I was a small girl, I was quite the little dance sensation. Everyone  ed the way I danced

           Yes I like to dance. Sometimes I dance for exercise. Other times I dance cause I want to. If I'm having a good day I'll dance too.
