My favorite energy drink is gatorade and coffee.

I have never drank any of them. They didn't even sound good, and not good for you either. I don't even drink soda pop and have not  for 60 years.  Never drink sugar in my  one glass of tea a day or my one cup of coffee. Never  been much of a  coffee drinker anyway. But one  cup  wakes me up and that is all I need . Iced water is the best way to go in my book. Don't drink liquor either, Not saying I never did because I did. But  stopped it.

Making it home safely is the most important part of the evening.

Yep! I am hoping once we move closer to work and I have less of a drive my dependency will go down. Driving makes me tired so lack of sleep plus driving isn’t the best but after a year and a half I think I have it figured out.

Also if I exercise right before I leave. I clean a gym. That seems to help some

I try to drink more water, I am just afraid after hearing so many negative things about energy drinks.  (I know they drank too many etc.  just seems a little scary to me.)

After a long day, first church, then going to get my meds, then Wal-Mart, hair store, gas station, McDonalds, then home, I had an energy drink, just a half a can, didn't finish it, threw the rest away, after I realized what they can do to your body.

My body has some dependence which sucks the longer I am at this job  the less effective the drinks are. Energy coffees are a little more effective

I recently tried the monster coffee just last week while doing a cleanse.  I didn't have an eshot on hand so figured since I was already breaking the rules on my cleanse with the purchase of an RX protein bar I'd also sway with the monster coffee.  It tasted great.  Gave me the energy I needed but the nutrition in it was ghastly.  The eshot has been the best for results and nutrients although I've only had the raspberry and the flavor was ugh... GROSS! Might be better if mixed with a shake but drinking it straight was like taking raspberry cough medicine.  Although I'd do it again since the result was what I asked for.  But would definitely mix it in something.  Maybe even coffee.

What’s an eshot and where can I get them

I don't drink much caffeine anymore because I try not to aggravate my a-fib too much.  I do still drink some coffee and tea but I get decaf, sugar free pop.

I only drink water and unsweetened ice tea. I never had an energy drink before and I don't plan to ever have one. :-X

  :star:  I drink some energy drinks, mostly soda pops. They have to much caffeine in them. I try to limit my caffeine intake. I've heard a lot of people that say that it doesn't work for them anymore.   :star:
