Tina Turner's son committed suicide. He was her oldest son. Suicide is a serious problem. So many are really depressed.

So sad to hear of the tragedy that befell Tina Turner. May her son rest in paradise. Suicide is a sweeping epidemic that I hope that we as a society can get a better handle of very soon.

Yes, she actually has two. I believe the other one was with her ex-husband, the late Ike Turner.

Did not hear about this but I haven't had the news on today.  Sadly this is becoming a major problem and many of us are not even aware of it.

This is so very sad suicide is never the answer that leaves so many people hurting with so many unanswered questions I am so sorry for Tina Turner no one should have to lose a son a child especially not to suicide

Tina has had a rough life. This is just another misfortune she will need to overcome.

As humans we can only speculate what brings someone to do that.It is only God that sees the inner heart of us all and can determine what mind-set the person was in.

Nevertheless comfort needs to go to the loved ones of the victim.JW.org has excellent info using the bible that can help us to help other loved ones of victims.Maybe the pain will never go away but God can heal us thru his word and give hope too.

Sympathy goes out to her family, suicide is something families don't bounce back from, loosing a loved one like that is forever. Just recently I had a bad feeling in my head, it was a feeling of total darkness, voices telling me to end it, I'll be a lot better off if I did that, I was feeling sorry for myself, but I know that there is God who will not let me take my life when things go wrong. He sent someone to me thru a phone call and it brought me out of that darkness.

 That is so tragic.  Help is available but  many don't get help and see  suicide is the only option.
